Return and Exchange Policy
We allow a one-time exchange in size. Here are just a few things we need to check when you decide to have your pairs exchanged:
You may return any item purchased from www.spruce.ph within 7 days from the purchase date.
We can serve requests for change in the size of the same style and color only.
If the size requested is no longer available, you may choose another color or style of the same price (the original retail value of the item when it was purchased will be followed).
The item/s to be returned should be in good condition, never been used, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories and tags.
Shipping costs, for both the return and delivery of the items, will be shouldered by the customer.
Return and refund requests due to a change of mind will not be allowed.
To request for an item to be exchanged, please drop us an email at [email protected] and indicate on the subject line: For Exchange. Please provide us with the following details and we’ll coordinate with you once we receive your email.
- Order number
- Customer name
- Address
- Date of purchase
- Item to be exchanged (style, size, and color)
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the item
Kindly allow us to review your information and photos. We'll be happy to guide you with the return process.
What if my product is defective?
You may return any item purchased from www.spruce.ph within 7 days from the purchase date.
We can only accommodate replacement in the same style and color as the defective item.
If the size requested is no longer available, you may choose another color or style of the same price (the retail value of the item when it was purchased will be followed).
The item/s should be in the same condition as new, never been used, and in the original packaging along with all accessories and tags.
Shipping cost for the return of the item and for the delivery of the new item will be shouldered by Spruce.
For any concerns on the condition or quality of the item that you received, please feel free to reach us at [email protected] for assistance. The items are assessed on a case-to-case basis. If upon evaluation, the item is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same style, color, and size as what you originally purchased.
