BOOK KEEPER

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • With Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Business & Accountancy.
  • Male or Female
  • With at least one (1) year work related experience
  • With good verbal and written communications skills
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision yet delivers excellent output.
  • Proactive and creative, team player and has strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Ensures achievement of growth and revenue targets and must keep expenditures within the set budget.  Develop and implement strategies to achieve the set performance indices for the following key result areas:

 A. REVENUE

  1. Ensures 100% achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment and sales targets set by the company.
  2. Develops and implements measurable and winning action plans to achieve sales target.
  3. Conducts product, business orientation.
  4. Initiates and implements sales and recruitment activities.

 

 B. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  1. Widens network coverage by identifying and developing new areas and dealers while maintaining and growing the existing portfolio of dealers.
  2. Identifies, trains and coaches dealers.

 C. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  1. Manages and expands existing base of dealer accounts to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
  2. Promotes revenue growth among the existing base of dealers through a process of continuous interaction and understanding of customer requirements.
  3. Builds and maintains good working relations with dealers and obtains constant feedback on products and service quality to ensure higher dealer retention.
  4. Conducts periodic business review with dealers to ensure steady growth and achievement of recruitment and sales targets.
  5. Monitors and analyzes dealer performance on a continual basis to identify any growth or decline in recruitment and sales performance and takes action accordingly and immediately.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • With Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Business Management, Marketing or any related course.
  • 5 -7 years solid experience in Retail/Trade Marketing/Direct Selling/Wholesale or Concession Business focusing on Sales Management/Store Operations/Merchandising or People Handling with  3-5 years in the supervisory/managerial level.
  • With excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales teams.
  • Experience in developing Sales strategies, Customer Service and Training programs.
  • Keen to details and with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, plus a good working knowledge with MS Excel.
