Qualifications:

  1. Male
  2. 21-25 years old
  3. Single
  4. College graduate, with a degree in
  5. Business Administration/Accounting/Marketing.
  6. 1 to 3 years experience in handling people, store operations, selling,
  7. computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  8. Must have analytical skills, managerial and leadership skills,
  9. Should be a team player. Strong fashion sense is a plus.
  10. Willing to work long hours, during weekends and Holidays.

HR Management Trainee

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. Knowledge of employment and learning & development laws.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably behavioral science/ psychology course) and three to five years of human resource experience.
  4. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point, internet, manpower database)
  5. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  6. 23- 25 years old. Male.
